Me and my Mum made nachos for tea. I got to make my own plate. I like how I got to stir the mince and add the canned tomatoes. My Nana bought me and Mum matching aprons to wear while we cook and bake.
Kia ora Milly, Yum, nachos are one of my favourite foods! It is so funny to hear how you made nachos because it was only the other night when I made them as well! I am a vegan though, so I don’t use mince when I make nachos. Instead, I use a mixture of beans to replace the protein of the meat. I also add canned tomatoes, as well as onion, garlic, veggies, cumin, paprika and some salt and pepper to taste. If we have a taco seasoning mix at home I use that as well to add some extra flavour! I top my nachos with smashed avocado and salsa, and it is a meal that I could eat just about every single night of the week! I noticed you topped your nachos with cheese; did you put anything else on top? What was your favourite part about cooking these? If you were to make them again, what would you do differently? It would be awesome if you could reply to this comment and let me know! Wearing an apron in the kitchen was a fantastic idea as it allowed you to stay clean, and I think it is so cool how you and your mum have matching aprons. Perhaps you could upload a photo of you and your mum wearing your aprons. It would be great to see the two of you matching! Keep blogging! Nga mihi
Hi Milly, yum your nachos look great. I love that you are helping Mum out in the kitchen. I bet she appreicates the help. We had nachos for tea on Saturday night - they are one ouf our favourite meals! Keep up the great work!
Yum Milly Nachos, now I know what I would like to have for dinner this week. I love that you have an apron on and that mum has a matching one too. It looks like you did a fabulous job of these and now I am feeling hungry..... Keep up the great work Milly I look forward to seeing some more of your work. Naomi
