Matriki Star

 We have been making a Matariki Star. and we chose the picture of the Matariki mother.  We did not put pink on it because we used shades of purple. I made the star on the tips of the strand on her hair. The people who did it was Lacee, Shae, and other people from Piwakawaka and Kereru. We searched the web to find the picture we wanted to put on our star. I think that we did a good job at it. Do you think so too?

onomatopoeia art

 We have been working on our onomatopoeia art. first we had to draw our letters out. Then we had to cut out our background for the art, then we had to pick what color we want. Then we got Mrs Hickford to cut out the centre out then we glued all our stuff together. My Art

My art is red and  I liked to do just red because it is my favourite colour.  Art is fun, it's cool to do art. Sometimes I do art at home with a paint brush and I like to do it.  I should have used more colour with dye.
