Scavenger Hunt

  1. Wow Milly!
You look like you have been so busy looking for shapes in your house. I bet you didn't even realise that you had so many shapes in your house! What is your favourite shape? What was the hardest shape to find?

    1. Thanks Jackie for your comment. The heart was the hardest shape to find. I found looking for a hexagon was tricky too.

  2. Well done Milly. You have done a great job finding the things in your scavenger hunt. I really like the way you have presented these. What other shapes did you discover on your hunt? Did you need any help to find any??

    1. Hi Naomi I had a little help from my Mum. It was cool to see the car tyre was a shape I could use.

  3. Kia ora Milly,
Well done on creating such a fantastic blogpost about your scavenger hunt!
Scavenger hunts can be such a fun and exciting challenge to do when you are feeling a little bored or are unsure on what to do.
Why did you do a scavenger hunt?
Did you find everything you needed to?
    What was your favourite part?
It would be awesome if you could reply to this comment and let me know!
Themed scavenger hunts are some of my favourites because they are linked to a common idea. I noticed in your scavenger hunt that all of the items you found were of particular shapes.
Was the theme of your scavenger hunt ‘shapes’?
The image you have included for the hexagon is fantastic, and I really like how there are lots of triangles hidden within the hexagon. What exactly is this object?
I also really like the rectangular fire, as well as the cube of ice.
Were there any other shapes not on your scavenger hunt that you managed to find?
    If so, what were they?
    Keep up the great work!
    Nga mihi
